Project Summary:

J&P Reinforced Concrete Specialist Ltd was appointed to construct 13,000m² of reinforced external yard slabs as part of GMI’s Huddersfield development. The works required a durable, long-lasting finish suitable for heavy industrial use.

Works Delivered:

• Placement of reinforced concrete across the full yard area.
• Application of a uniform brush finish for slip resistance.
• Formation of saw-cut joints to manage shrinkage and minimise cracking.
• Sealing of all joints to protect against water ingress and wear.
